• All visits last at least one-half hour, many times it exceeds this time, it depends on whether your cat enjoys playing, light grooming, loving or sitting quietly together for lap time.
• Play, Pet and Purrr session included with each visit.
• Litter boxes will be scooped and floor swept around the boxes each and every visit.
• Your cats drinking water will be changed, fresh water is mandatory for your cats' good health.
• Canned / wet food dishes will be washed each and every visit to insure cleanliness.
• Yes, we walk cats that are leash and harness trained and are comfortable walking. Veterinarian recommended shots and flea treatment required for this outdoor treat. Experienced cats only please.
  
• Unless arrangements are otherwise made, our normal visiting hours are 7am until 7pm. This does not apply to time sensitive insulin shots or other medications.
• Per visit note detailing your kitties activities with me.

• Additional time needed to administer sub-q fluids for cats with renal failure. Per visit rate plus $10 ...
• No additional shot fee added to visit for diabetic cats ...
  
• Emergency vet visits $35 / drop off at vet or groomer: $25 / both are priced for a round trip ...
• Trip to store to pick up food or supplies: $20 (plus supplies) ...

If you have aged, infirm, or medicated cats, this is not a problem if you discuss with me the special needs of the cat before you leave on your trip. We never take any chances with illness, any cat showing signs of illness is taken immediately to your vet, or, if unavailable at the time, to the after hours emergency clinic.

A copy of our Policies and Procedures and Emergency/Natural Disaster Plan will be available at the Meet and Greet visit, along with a copy of our insurance and bonding.
